Los Palmitos, Sucre

Tiene su origen a mediados del siglo pasado. Limita al sur con los municipios de Corozal y San Juan de Betulia; al oeste con Coloso y Morroa; al norte con Ovejas y el este con Sincé, San pedro y Ovejas. Con una extensión de 125 km2, este municipio ofrece a sus visitantes un clima de sabana tropical, con 27º C, en promedio. Los Carnavales en febrero, sus Fiestas Patronales en agosto y el parque central son algunos de sus principales atractivos turísticos.
